Festival is a free all day event at South Hill Park in and around the beautiful grounds of South Hill Park Arts Centre, with its historic mansion house and lovely green walking areas, you’ll feel relaxed and at ease as you enjoy the activities on offer.
There will be a range of boutique arts, crafts, food and drink stalls for you to browse, with plenty of free samples to try before you buy, as well as live cooking demonstrations from the sponsors, Waitrose, who will also be exhibiting. Because of the sponsorship, the organisers at South Hill Park are able to offer this wonderful event for free, so it really is a bargain of a daytrip.
Children are well provided for, with cupcake decorating, bouncy castle, and inflatable adventure toys, as if the free food samples weren’t enough to keep them excited!
Take a stroll, absorb the live music and great atmosphere, and maybe grab something hot to eat from one of the stalls or the barbecue.
